Composed of keyboardist Louie Swain, keyboardist/guitarist Patrick Hetherington, bassist Noah Hill, drummer Anatole “Toto” Serret and guitarist Jules Crommelin, Parcels are an Australian electropop five-piece formed in Byron Bay, Australia, in 2014. The band rose to prominence after collaborating with the electronic duo Daft Punk on the production and writing of their 2017 single Overnight, which pre-empted their self-titled debut album Parcels in 2018. Their follow up record, the outstanding Day/Night released in 2021, has spawned more tremendously slick, funky and harmonious post-disco with soulful and psychedelic twinges. This playlist features the best of Parcels so far.
