Chapbooks

Poetry chapbooks, pamphlets and anthologies published by The Broken Spine, the independent press founded in Southport in 2019 by Alan Parry and Paul Robert Mullen. Single-author collections include Neon Ghosts by Alan Parry, our first book, The Mask by Elisabeth Horan, Holy Things by Jay Rafferty, From This Soil by Casey Bailey, The Keeper of Aeons by Matthew M. C. Smith, Surviving Death by Kyla Houbolt and Debone & Fold by Si Griffiths. Modest Raptures by Ellie Rees and Loggerheads by Lucy Heuschen won our Poetry and Prose Chapbook Competition.
The range also includes themed anthologies such as The Whiskey Tree series, the Thematic Slimline series and Four Forked Tongues, our first short fiction collection. Titles are available in print, through Amazon, Mixam or our own shop, and some as digital PDF editions.
