Blackstock Market has recently unveiled its stunning phase two, solidifying its status as the premier spot in Liverpool. This expansive, multi-floored establishment radiates a unique charm from the moment you step inside. Notably, the quirky decor includes upturned full-sized Mini cars hanging above a fully-stocked bar, which offers an impressive array of drinks atop an extensive bar top.
The renowned Hot Water Comedy Club has moved to the ground floor of this chic, vibrant venue, with an additional comedy club slated to open in phase four in early September. The seating is comfortably upholstered and accessible to all, with ticket prices exceptionally reasonable considering the high calibre of comedians. The press night featured the exceptionally funny and talented Tony Carroll, Garry Little, and Prince Abdi, all brilliantly managed by the hilariously funny MC, Phil Chapman.
Phase one of the venue opened earlier this year, featuring a wide selection of street food outlets catering to every palate at realistic and competitive prices. Entrance is free, and well-behaved children are welcome. In fact, there is even a special Hot Water Children’s Comedy Club every Sunday afternoon. Visitors can enjoy culinary delights and beverages while being entertained on a large central stage with a backdrop made solely from speakers of various shapes and sizes. This stage showcases an eclectic range of talented artists, including singers, spoken word performers, and bands.
The highlight of the phase two development is the outstanding Whisky and Water Bar. With elegant leather, brass, and carved wood seats, this bar provides the perfect ambiance to enjoy a wide range of whiskies, including specialist and limited editions. Mikey, the first-class sommelier, is expertly knowledgeable, creating whisky cocktails for both new and discerning connoisseurs.
The timing couldn’t be more perfect for the sun terrace bar to open in early August, coinciding with the predicted glorious hot summer sun.
This is a first-class venue, elegant and spacious, boasting quality food and drink bars that residents must visit for a fantastic day or evening of entertainment with family and friends.
