Poet Bios:

Glenn Barker writes on a wide canvas on the human condition, natural and supernatural, and the fractured morals of contemporary life. He supports the life of the writing community as a reviewer and performs at open mic events. He has been published with Broken Spine, Black Bough, and others.

Maggie Burton is a Newfoundland writer, violinist, and municipal politician. Her debut book of poetry, Chores, won the 2024 Griffin Canadian First Book Prize and was shortlisted for the Gerald Lampert Memorial Award. Her work has appeared in Prism, The Malahat Review, Riddle Fence, Room, Best Canadian Poetry, and elsewhere.

A C Clarke has published five collections and six pamphlets, two in collaboration. Her most recent publication is Wedding Grief (Tapsalteerie 2021). Her sixth collection, Alive Among Dead Stars, is due to be published by Broken Sleep Books in December 2024.

Rachel Curzon‘s debut pamphlet was published in 2016 under the Faber New Poets scheme. More recent work has appeared in The Tangerine, Magma, and Propel Magazine. She lives in North Yorkshire.

Clive Donovan is the author of two poetry collections, The Taste of Glass [Cinnamon Press 2021] and Wound Up With Love [Lapwing 2022], and is published in a wide variety of magazines, including Acumen, Agenda, Crannog, Popshot, Prole, and Stand. He lives in Totnes, Devon, UK. He was a Pushcart and Forward Prize nominee for 2022’s best individual poems.

Ceinwen E Cariad Haydon [MA Creative Writing, Newcastle 2017] lives in Newcastle upon Tyne, UK, and writes short stories and poetry. She has been widely published in web magazines and in print anthologies. She is developing practice as a participatory arts facilitator, mainly with elders, and believes everyone’s voice counts.

Neal Hoskins works in publishing. His poems have appeared in Stingingfly, Shearsman, Ambit, and Banshee.

Hannah Linden, from Devon, UK, won the Cafe Writers Poetry Competition in 2021, and was highly commended in the Wales Poetry Award 2021. She is published widely and her debut pamphlet, The Beautiful Open Sky (V. Press), was shortlisted for the Saboteur Award for Best Poetry Pamphlet 2023.

Özge Lena is an Istanbul-based poet and writer. Her poems have appeared in various countries including the UK, USA, Canada, Iceland, Serbia, and France. She was nominated both for the Pushcart Prize and Best of the Net. Her poetry was shortlisted four times by international poetry competitions.

Nick Romeo is not at his occupation which is situated in the STEM fields, he passes the time with his art creations. His main forms of expression are electronic music, writing, sewing, and photography. Nick’s latest chapbook, titled Empyrean Fog Machines, was released by Back Room Poetry.
