Andy Bell – Ten Crowns Tour Comes to Liverpool: Synth-Pop Royalty Returns with Gospel, Glam and Galactic Ambition

Andy Bell, the iconic voice behind Erasure, is stepping back into the spotlight with Ten Crowns—a bold, genre-bending solo album dropping 2 May 2025—and he’s bringing the party to Liverpool Philharmonic on 18th May as part of a major UK tour.

Best known for decades of synth-pop supremacy alongside Vince Clarke, Bell’s latest solo outing is anything but nostalgic. Ten Crowns is part gospel, part glitterball—ten tracks of euphoric, life-affirming pop shaped in Nashville and soaked in spiritual swagger. From the disco pulse of new single Don’t Cha Know to the interstellar opener Breaking Thru The Interstellar, Bell isn’t just revisiting old ground—he’s rewriting the map.

Expect a night of full-throttle celebration. There’ll be heartfelt anthems, neon-lit grooves, and perhaps a surprise or two—Debbie Harry features on the record, after all. The Philharmonic’s rich acoustics are the perfect setting for Bell’s voice, which remains as powerful and soul-stirring as ever.

Bell, now 60 and defiant as ever, is proof that pop doesn’t have a shelf life—it evolves, reinvents, and keeps dancing. Ten Crowns is his coronation, and Liverpool is on the route.

Tickets are on sale now. Bring your heart, your sequins, and maybe your gospel hands. You’re going to need them.
